The Shelby Fjund Accounting System is a multicompany, mulifund,
departmentalized fund accounting designed for nonprofit organizations:
churches, religious groups, associations, and fund raising organizations. The
General Ledger allows flexible chart of accounts and provides budgeting
capability. Payroll handles taxable/non-taxable items, salary and/or wage
earnings, and ``cafeteria'' distributions. The system prints checks, W-2s,
W-4s, and 1041s. It summarizes and prints federal, state, and local tax
reports. Accounts Payable may be generated with Purchase Order, but it is
optional. Bank Reconciliation handles multiple accounts and multiple funds.
Accounts Receivable handles childcare, insurance, and loans. Fixed Assets
tracks assets and figures depreciations. Each module offers flexible reporting
with both standard and user-designed reports.
